There are a lot of different types of food all over the world, and each one has a unique taste and way of making it.

  1. Sushi, Japan

Made with vinegared rice and a variety of ingredients such as fish, vegetables, and occasionally fruits. Sushi is usually enjoyed with wasabi, pickled ginger, and soy sauce on the side. Daikon radish is a favorite garnish for this delicacy and food.

This dish of delicate, fragrant beef is made by simmering beef in coconut milk with a blend of lemongrass, galangal, garlic, turmeric, ginger, and chilies, then letting it simmer for a few hours to make this dish of tender, flavorful beef. It will send your stomach into overdrive if you eat it right out of the kitchen, but many people believe it gets even better overnight.

This dish is unquestionably the king of curries, and arguably the king of all dishes as well.

 

Massaman curry is prepared with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cumin, bay leaves, nutmeg, and mace. It is a mild, relatively rich curry from Thailand. This tangy, mildly spicy curry, cooked with local spices, stands out from the rest of India's curries for all the right reasons. Spices and aromatics like cumin, lemongrass and galangal are used instead of curry leaves to provide a delicious base for the meal in Massaman curry.
