In November 2019, the Pranalaya Wellness Hub opened its doors, offering a variety of spaces across its different floors for wellness, healing, and personal transformation. The basement studio, known as "Kapha," is perfect for more active practices such as zumba, boxing, and pole dance. On the second floor, the "Pitta" studio hosts Vinyasa, Yin, and Beginners’ yoga classes, as well as Hot Hatha yoga, complete with 14 Far infrared heaters. Meanwhile, the third-floor studio, called "Vata," features rigging for Aerial Yoga, as well as Pilates reformer machines. The hub also offers a Community Lounge, meditation room, and private session room for one-on-one sessions, massage, or energy healing. Located at an elevation of approximately 4,500 feet above sea level and spanning five hectares, the Mirador Heritage and Eco-Spirituality Park offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding hills and city below. The park features numerous opportunities to connect with nature and take stunning selfies, such as rock gardens, bamboo groves, various gardens, pandemic healing memorials, and a peace memorial. The park's namesake, the Mirador Hill, has been home to the Mirador Jesuit Villa, which was once a branch of the Manila Observatory before being converted into a vacation home for Jesuits during the hot summers. Over time, it has become a retreat house and house of studies. At the top of the hill sits a cottage originally built in the 1950s as a station of the Philippine Long Distance and Telephone Company and later became the caretaker's residence for the Mirador Jesuit Villa. In 2021, Cafe Iñigo opened in the cottage, offering steaming cups of coffee, all-day breakfast, pizzas fresh from the oven, and turon with a unique ingredient. This spot is also perfect for witnessing the stunning sea of clouds as they roll in.
