After being in lockdown for so long, our country only recently allowed huge events and conventions. For 2 years, we dealt with online events, virtual meetups, and canceled plans. Good news for anime enthusiasts and artists: FanFest 2022 is almost here!   No more gatherings through a computer screen, experience the fun with your friends!  

What is FanFes?

  FanFes is a two-day convention and marketplace celebrating local talents who produce original content and fan-derived work. The event highlights creators of varying crafts, such as artists, video producers, and game developers to name a few. The event takes place on the 27th and 28th of August 2022 from 11 AM to 8PM at Ayala Malls Circuit Makati.

Free entrance

  You read it right: the event is completely free! The organizers want anyone and everyone to attend, so all you have to bring is yourself to unlock all the fun and excitement at FanFes@Circuit.  

Great Photo Opportunities

  Immortalize your memories and capture the moment at Fanfes@Circuit with their epic backdrops and wonderful natural lighting. Whether you are cosplaying or casually going with friends, Fanfes has got your back. No need to look for a plain background with good lighting as they already prepared backdrops for your photo ops and the venue has excellent natural lighting as well.  

FanMart Foto Frenzy

    Aside from posting your photos on IG to share your FanFes@Circuit ganap, tag CosplayPH and enter the FanMart Foto Frenzy contest for a chance to win from a prize pool of P1,000 worth of vouchers from FanMart. The contest is open to all attendees of FanFest@Circuit. All you need to do is post your photo during the event on Instagram and tag CosplayPH. FanFes Solo Cosplay Contest

  One of the major highlights of the convention is the cosplay competition. Only the FIRST 50 contestants can enter the contest. We recommend registering online to secure your spot if you’re interested in joining the Conquer Your Cosplay contest for FanFes@Circuit. The major prize is an Overnight Stay Hotel Voucher in Seda Hotel Makati, but FanFes will also give thousands’ worth of prizes to three other winners. Exhibitor Booths

  Since the event is a convention and a marketplace, many exhibitors’ booths are also going to be available for the attendees to check out. The booths will feature local artists’ works, fan merch, and crafts. Support homegrown talent and visit the booths down at FanFes@Circuit!  

How to Get to FanFes @ Circuit

  If you’re considering commuting to FanFes 2022, here are some directions on how to get to Circuit Makati:   From North EDSA station, you may take the MRT or a bus to Magallanes. From Magallanes, walk towards Pasong Tamo and ride a jeep with the sign ‘PRC’. You should alight at the end of the jeepney route, and you may either walk towards the mall which is around 5 minutes away from where you got off, or ride a tricycle to drop you off exactly at Ayala Malls Circuit Makati. The tricycle fare should cost around Php 20.     From UN Avenue, ride a jeep towards Pedro Gil, and cross the street to Leon Guinto. After crossing, ride a jeep bound for either ‘San Andres Bukid’ or ‘PRC’. Your destination should be at the end of the route which is at PRC. From there, you can choose between a 5-minute walk to the mall, or a Php20 tricycle ride and ask to be dropped off exactly at Ayala Malls Circuit Makati.   See you there!
