Yet another legend has made her way up to the heavens, with the ever-so iconic Tina Turner peacefully passing away yesterday, March 24th, 2023, in her home near Zurich, Switzerland. 


The artist has been known to have fiercely battled a long illness, suffering from multiple health conditions in recent years. Not only was the icon diagnosed with intestinal cancer in 2016, but she had also undergone a kidney transplant in 2017. 


Her remarkable journey from having come from a challenging upbringing to becoming one of the greatest recording artists of all time has left an indelible mark in the music industry and has more importantly touched hearts and changed the lives of millions of people worldwide.
